Ingredients

1 lb - BEEF FLANK, RAW, SLO, trimmed to 0'' fat, choice
1/4 tsp - GARLIC POWDER
1/8 tsp - HOT PEPPER SAUCE
1/2 tsp - ONION POWDER
1 tsp - THYME, GROUND
4 oz - VINEGAR, RED WINE
6 tsp - WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Directions

1) Prepare the marinade by mixing all ingredients (except for the steak) together.
2) Put the marinade in a freezer bag with the steak and remove the air so that you maximize the amount of marinade touching the steak. Keep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3) Remove the steak from the bag and barbecue it on your grill. (If you prefer, you can broil the steak in your oven.)
