Blueberry Egg White Pancakes

Ingredients

4 eggwhite (large) - EGG WHITE, RAW
4 oz - OAT CEREAL, UNCOOKED, "Quick" 1/3 cup
1 oz - PANCAKE MIX, LOW-FAT, dry mix
1/4 cup - BUTTERMILK, CULTURED
1/4 cup - BLUEBERRY, RAW, unthawed
2 tbsp - JAM & PRESERVES, BLUEBERRY, blueberry

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender except blueberries. Blend until smooth. Stir blueberries into batter. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with Pam vegetable spray. Pour batter onto skillet in size desired and cook until edges are dry. Turn and brown other side.
